Build the world's largest high-end photovoltaic EVA material base
After the national "dual carbon" goal was put forward, photovoltaic new energy is generally regarded as a key industry for carbon emission reduction. As the core raw material for the production of photovoltaic packaging film, photovoltaic-grade EVA directly determines the life of the components. Due to the high barriers to photovoltaic-grade EVA production, the long expansion cycle and many restrictions on conversion, there are only a few enterprises in China that can produce photovoltaic-grade EVA.
After the full completion of the new EVA project, Shenghong will achieve the strategic goal of "million-tonne EVA" and become the world's largest high-end EVA supply base. Its global market share of photovoltaic-grade EVA ranks first in the world, which can greatly replace imported EVA products and provide a stable guarantee for the national clean energy transformation.
At the same time, the high-end hot melt adhesive EVA, 110KV ultra-clean LDPE cable material products and EnBA, together with its derivative products produced by the project, will fill the domestic supply gap, provide support for the development of China's high-end polymer industry, and help China's electronic information, automobile manufacturing, aerospace and other industries.

Deep coupling of the industrial chain of "raw material platform + new energy materials"
The PO/SM and polyol projects started this time will comprehensively use the ethylene, acrylic and benzene of the Shenghong refining and chemical integration project for deep processing, and further produce polyether polyol (PPG) and polymer polyol (POP) products, which can eventually extend the industrial chain to the polyurethane field.
Polyurethane is an emerging organic polymer material, which is widely used in the manufacture of wall insulation materials (hard foam), fillers (soft foam) of sofas, spandex (chemical fiber), plastic running tracks (elastomer), adhesives, paints, etc., and is known as the "fifth largest plastic".
The PO/SM device adopted by Shenghong this time has low energy consumption, strong maturity and reliability, and has reached the world's advanced level. After completion, it will further make up for the gap in the supply of domestic polyurethane raw materials, significantly improve the overall economic efficiency and competitiveness of the project, and may take the lead in the market competition.
