Occupational health management
The company proactively implements corporate responsibilities, establishes an occupational health management system, improves occupational health management levels, formulates occupational disease prevention and control plans and implementation plans, and effectively protects the occupational health of workers. The company conducts daily monitoring of occupational hazard factors, conducts regular or irregular job hazard identification activities, and sets and posts occupational hazard warning signs with warning instructions in the workplace for jobs with serious occupational hazards. Important subsidiaries have obtained ISO:45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, conducting occupational hazard factor assessments every three years, and conducting on-job, on-the-job, and off-the-job physical examinations for personnel exposed to occupational hazards to ensure the physical and mental health of workers exposed to occupational hazards.
Product quality management
The company has formulated comprehensive quality management requirements for raw materials, production processes, finished products, sales processes, analysis and inspection, etc. to ensure quality control in all aspects of raw materials entering the factory, production operations and product delivery. It strictly conducts quality identification, labeling and isolation, review, disposal and verification and other related work. Every step is reviewed and approved in strict accordance with the prepared work flow.
