Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for selecting, optimizing, and formulating strategies for product model capabilities, improving the accuracy and response quality of key aspects such as understanding, generation, and reasoning;
2. Collaborate with R&D and algorithm teams to lead work on prompt construction, evaluation system setup, and optimization of the data feedback loop;
3. Explore and define AI usage in cutting-edge scenarios, such as intelligent summarization, reasoning-based Q&A, multi-turn context understanding, and multi-modal content integration;
4. Establish a product innovation experiment mechanism, promoting implementation paths by combining scenario potential and technical feasibility;
5. Continuously track LLM technology trends (such as RAG, A2A, Agent, Tool-Use, etc.) and evaluate their application potential and value within products.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or related fields;
2. Experience in large model product strategy, or more than five years of product experience in deep AI capability collaboration;
3. Familiar with LLM industry trends, with basic model understanding and experimental mindset;
4. Able to translate technical capabilities into high-value features for users;
5. Possess strong cross-team collaboration and execution skills, capable of advancing innovative projects in uncertain environments;
6. Background in AI search, Q&A, recommendation, or multi-modal understanding products preferred;
7. Proficient in packaging and presenting product solutions for key account (KA) clients.
