The only national "industrial Internet platform" in the industry created by Shenghong Group seizes opportunity. Through the three-layer construction of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS and the development and promotion of platform functions, it realizes the big data analysis and integration of the whole industry chain of textile printing and dyeing. At present, there are nearly 2,000 enterprise users on the platform, leading a "digital transformation" of the textile industry in Wujiang and even the Yangtze River Delta.
At the first enterprise user to enter the "smart platform", Wang Xing (pseudonym), the production manager of Kunshan Textile Co., Ltd., has felt real changes. For trade, after the number of orders reaches a certain level, in fact, there is a certain error in cost accounting. Since joining the Shenghong platform, all of our cost accounting data have achieved accurate online statistics, which has greatly reduced the human costs and management such as documents and finance, achieving a decrease in comprehensive costs. The reporter learned that since the textile enterprise realized the ERP system docking with Shenghong in the second half of last year and entered the supply chain sharing service platform, the company's processing application, production progress, finished product delivery and financial reconciliation can be intuitively grasped on the data system, which greatly improves the operating efficiency of the enterprise.
After two years of promotion and operation, the "smart platform" has broken the "information island" model between traditional traders and dyeing factories. The platform uses the Internet, big data and intelligent equipment to integrate all functions such as technical parameters, standards and processes of each system to realize production digitalization, system integration, equipment interconnection, process informing, management intensification, process synchronization and dynamics’ monitoring to ensure a high-speed and stable operation of the supply chain.
Wang Pingxun, manager of Shenghong Printing and Dyeing Information Technology Department, introduced that at present, the "Shenghong Smart Printing and Dyeing Industry Internet Platform" can realize the whole process of process automation, informationization and quality from blank warehouse process - printing and dyeing production - finished product storage - customer pick-up. Through remote operation, users can realize one-click ordering, process monitoring, financial reconciliation and other functions, and track the entire production link from a clean slate to finished products in real time. More importantly, upstream and downstream enterprises can accelerate the flow of data and information through the platform, forming a complete industrial chain closed loop.
At present, nearly 2,000 enterprise users have entered the platform. It is understood that since the launch of the smart platform, the first dyeing success rate of Shenghong Printing and Dyeing increased by about 15% compared with before, production efficiency has increased by 15%, employment has been reduced by 20%, energy consumption has been reduced by 10%, and the supply cycle has on average been shortened by 2 days.
For most enterprises, the construction and realization of digital empowerment is constrained by comprehensive factors such as cost, technology and market cycle. Wujiang is an important textile area in the country, with a high degree of industrial concentration. The printing and dyeing output of machine fabric textiles in the whole region is about 9 billion meters/year, and the supporting ratio is about 1:3.
