On the afternoon of January 23, Shenghong Holding Group held the 2025 annual commendation and summary meeting to review and summarize the achievements of 2025 and to plan and deploy the work for 2026. Chairman Miao Hangen put forward requirements to promote the high-quality development of Shenghong. First, manage for results and improve enterprise efficiency. In the face of changes in policies, markets, industries, and technologies, seek opportunities. Allocate high-quality resources to high-quality opportunities and turn opportunities into results. Second, establish a streamlined, practical, and flexible organizational system. All functional departments of the group should coordinate construction; the organization should be streamlined, resources shared, processes practical, and work flexible, forming systemic support capabilities to quickly, effectively, and cost-efficiently support front-line “operations.” Third, leaders should strengthen self-management and be responsible for enterprise development. They should proactively plan tasks, continuously explore and innovate, and achieve new accomplishments. Fourth, promote the joint growth of the enterprise and its employees, enabling employees to have a sense of achievement. Make use of employees' strengths, give them a certain degree of autonomy, support them in taking action and innovating, and let them feel seen, respected, and trusted. Fifth, grasp the trends of intelligent and green development to achieve long-term and stable development. Accelerate the application of AI technology in research and development, production, and operation, explore using AI to design experimental plans and optimize research paths, achieve process optimization, predictive maintenance, and intelligent safety management, forming overall scheduling and precise management. Strengthen the development and reserve of technologies for clean energy use, carbon reduction, negative carbon, and recycling, and develop promising low-carbon products.
