On April 2, Shenghong Holding Group and China Petrochemical Corporation held a working meeting in Beijing and signed a framework agreement on procurement and supply chain cooperation. Wan Tao, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice General Manager of Sinopec Group, and President of Sinopec Corp., and Miao Hangen, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shenghong Holding Group, attended the related activities.

Sinopec Group is a super-large central enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and is the largest supplier of refined oil and petrochemical products in China. Over the years, Shenghong Holding Group has established a close cooperative relationship with Sinopec Group, carrying out collaboration in multiple areas such as raw material procurement, engineering construction, and digital and intelligent transformation.
This time, Shenghong Holding Group signed the 'Procurement and Supply Chain Cooperation Framework Agreement' with Sinopec International Co., Ltd. The two parties will establish a sound regular communication mechanism, deepen cooperation in the fields of procurement and supply chain management, and jointly build a supply chain ecosystem characterized by 'technological collaboration, resource sharing, cost optimization, and risk sharing'.
