Expanding from the traditional 10 sections/set (240 ingots) to 12 sections/set (384 ingots), the number of single-machine ingots was increased by 60% and the processing speed by more than 15%, with an output 1.6 times higher than that of the traditional model. The joint research and development of the most advanced high-speed elastic machine has made Shenghong the world's largest DTY fiber production base, with its market share in low-elastic silk ranking first in China.

Cooperate with Beijing Institute of Mechanical Automation to develop the first set of intelligent logistics system for chemical fiber production

Breaking the monopoly of foreign automation equipment in the chemical fiber industry, the system has been identified by the China Textile Industry Federation, with technology reached the international advanced level. It realizes the automation of the whole process from threading, dropping, conveying, storage, inspection and classification, and packaging to palletizing. The packaging line saves 60% in labor, 50% of the factory and turnover in yarn carts, and greatly reduces labor intensity for workers. The system has been widely used in the chemical fiber industry, greatly improving the automation and intelligence level of the chemical fiber industry.
