Shenghong Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenghong Printing and Dyeing") is the operating entity of the printing and dyeing segment of the Shenghong Holding Group. It specializes in the printing and dyeing production of mid-to-high-end fabrics and linings such as chemical fiber filaments, ultra-fine and high-density types, and is the core supplier of mid-to-high-end printing and dyeing products with the largest production capacity in the world.

Shenghong Printing and Dyeing adheres to the business strategy of "one factory, one product" to produce refined, deep and detailed specialty products, forming a professional, large-scale and standardized production pattern. At present, Shenghong Printing and Dyeing has an annual printing and dyeing production capacity of more than 2.4 billion meters. It is a designated processing enterprise for well-known international and domestic brands such as Disney, ZARA, M&S, and Anta. Its products are exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries. Since 2005, it has been continuously rated as one of the "Top Ten Enterprises" in the national printing and dyeing industry by the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association. Since 2016, it has been continuously rated as the first among the top ten enterprises in the country. In 2020, it was rated as a national-level manufacturing individual champion demonstration enterprise.

Shenghong Printing and Dyeing is committed to becoming a "management expert in the printing and dyeing industry". It always adheres to the corporate spirit of safety, integrity, innovation and transcendence, actively explores green and low-carbon, product research and development, talent cultivation, intelligent innovation and other aspects, and strives to achieve high-quality development. Since 2008, the company has served as the vice-president unit of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, and has passed ISO quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy management, and integration of industrialization and industrialization system certifications. In February 2011, on behalf of China, the company established the International Organization for Standardization/Textile Technical Committee/Testing Subcommittee for Dyeing Textiles and Dyes ISO/TC38/SC1, becoming an important member of the formulation of industry standards and mastering the international voice of the industry. In August 2016, the company was rated as "National Outstanding Management Demonstration Enterprise in the Printing and Dyeing Industry". In 2024, the company passed the review of the "Printing and Dyeing Industry Standard Conditions (2023 Edition)", the highest standard for standardized management in the printing and dyeing industry.

Shenghong Printing and Dyeing took the lead in the industry to carry out the construction of intelligent printing and dyeing manufacturing, Internet dynamic management and control systems, supply chain management collaboration, and full life cycle management platforms, and explored the integration of traditional manufacturing and modern services on Internet platforms. The "Shenghong Smart Printing and Dyeing Industrial Internet Platform" independently developed by Shenghong Printing and Dyeing was rated as a national-level characteristic professional industrial Internet platform in 2021 and a national-level service-oriented manufacturing demonstration platform in 2022. The company has 8 demonstration intelligent production workshops in Jiangsu Province/City, and has been rated as a national-level pilot demonstration enterprise for the integrated development of manufacturing and the Internet.

Shenghong Printing and Dyeing practices the concept of green development, independently designs and builds domestic leading printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and deep reuse projects, and actively promotes the efficient use of water resources, waste resource utilization and energy cascade utilization in printing and dyeing enterprises. The company has built a national-level green factory and become one of the first batch of "Excellent Enterprises in Energy Saving and Emission Reduction" in the country. In 2023, the company was rated as the "Leader in Water Efficiency among Key Water-Using Enterprises in the Country" and passed the Swiss Blue Label BLUESIGN certification, providing a model of printing and dyeing production for the sustainable development of the industry. In 2024, all branches of Shenghong Printing and Dyeing will pass the INDITEX social responsibility certification, and also pass the Green To Wear (GTW) environmental assessment certification of the sustainable development guidelines.In December 2025, received the first batch of national 'China Water Saving Award'.
