Aramid Industrial Park
Jiangsu Shengbang New Materials Aramid Industrial Park is located in Lingang Industrial Park, Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, close to the Shenghong Petrochemical Base. The project has a planned land area of ??3,100 acres and a total investment of 15.8 billion yuan. It has subsidiaries Jiangsu Lvhean Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shengxin Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and is an important part of the new material industry layout of the Shenghong Holding Group. The Shengbang New Materials Aramid Industry Chain Project Plan follows the overall steps of “one-time planning, phased construction” to build a world-class aramid new material base that integrates the R&D, production and sales of aramid raw materials, aramid fibers and aramid products.
The project is planned to be constructed in four phases. The overall plan is to produce 80,000 tonnes of phenylenediamine, 70,000 tonnes of phthaloyl chloride, 50,000 tonnes of meta/para-aramid, heterocyclic aramid and aramid composite materials annually. The industrial scale and process technology are world-leading.
The Shengbang New Materials Aramid Industry Chain Project is integrated into the Shenghong Holding Group’s new energy and new materials “1+N” strategic layout, which will realize the industrialization of “benzene-raw materials-spinning-products” and form China’s most complete industrial chain, the richest variety of filaments, and the most complete downstream applications. It is a strategic emerging industry chain cluster, and its downstream application industry chains are all high value-added and high-tech industries that support aviation, aerospace, high-speed rail, hydropower and nuclear power, mining, automobiles, shipping, sports equipment, construction and other industries, providing a strong guarantee for the upgrade of China's manufacturing industry.
